Our Team

    Conrad Zawada
    Director

    Conrad started Zeta back in 2002 and has been part of the internet industry for 17 years, having started with Netlink - one of New Zealand's first ISPs.

    Prior to starting Zeta, Conrad worked for Clearview Communications and TelstraClear. He was involved in innovative, award winning websites such as the State Services Commission, Miistry of Education, Tower Insurance, Global Plus, Child Youth and Family, NZ Navy and Scion Research.

    Now Conrad gets his kicks working with people who have good ideas, looking to come up with practical solutions to their problems.

    Marc Schrafft
    Project Manager

    Marc is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc). He has worked in IT for the past 6 years working with Private, Government and Not-for profit organisations using Microsoft and open-source technologies.

    Hobbies include playing guitar, fishing, mountain biking and cooking.

    Thi Thach
    Senior Developer

    Thi graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology degree and has worked in IT for the last decade. 

    Along with core Zeta technologies, Thi has a wealth of knowledge in many other technologies including Visual Fox Pro and Ruby on Rail. He has also been spending his time learning to develop iPhone and Android apps. 

    Hobbies include fast cars and shiny toys.

    Vaishali Kansara
    Senior Developer

    Vaishali has a degree in software engineering and holds Microsft certification in Web Development. In India, she worked for well known companies in the fields of finance and advertising.

    Along with core Zeta technologies, she has developed DNN modules.

    She believes "life is a box of chocolates."

    Senior Developer

    With a decade of .NET development under his belt, Mark has created some of the most useful code in the country. He is also one of New Zealands top DotNetNuke(DNN) Developers. With his comprehensive understanding of software architecture, he is able to write the code that brings software to life. By working through an iterative process, Mark ensures that the software he creates is not only highly functional, but designed for usability and performance. Mark is a certified Agile Scrum Master.

    Outside of work he will often be found biking over mountains, brewing beer, cooking eggs, drinking beer and exploring the world. He's been to 45 countries and still adding more each year.

    Developer

    Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Science double major in Computer Science and Operations Research. She has knowledge of many technologies including: Microsoft .NET (C#, VB), Adobe Flex, SQL Server, MySQL, DotNetNuke(DNN), Unix (Ubuntu), JAVA, C, C++, Python and R.

    She likes spending her time learning to develop iPhone/iPad and Windows Phone 7 apps with her friends.

    Hobbies include playing video games, watching movies, travelling and new apple toys.

    Administration Manager

    Vicki has a Midwifery Degree from Massey (Wellington) and is currently in her second term on the Board of Trustees at her children's school.

    Alongside work, Vicki enjoys Pilates, gardening and adventures with family and friends.

  • The team has a wealth of experience in Flex, C#, .NET and DotNetNuke and we maintain professional relationships with a number of other organsiations working in complimentary fields. We think our strength lies in being really good at a few things, rather than widely mediocre.
